There are more meta data than we need. Please stop making new standards.
The current cataloging rules were already too complicate than necessary. But still many areas were not covered.
Simplified the cataloging rules. making cataloging more inter-(national/cultural)-neutural. Change such that cataloging are more accessible by ordinary people.
Changes current ISBD such that it can be defined by BNF or other grammar. Making a parse of printed bibliographic data easy.
Make conversion between standards and formats, not invent new one. Simplified the existing formats instead of making new ones.
